Great Wildlife viewing All the arrangements went very smoothly. The guide was knowledgeable, pleasant company, and a good driver. The drive to the national park takes you through the heart of Uganda. Once there, you’ll easily find an amazing variety of mammals and birds. I was there just during the day, when the ‘prey’ animals are about and relatively unconcerned by a few tour vehicles. I’d like to come again and spend a night or two, to experience the fauna and landscape at other hours. and not have so much driving on one day.

Incredible gorilla experience - far exceeded expectations and Ronnie our driver was fantastic. We chose this tour because we knew it was locally owned, ethical and very well priced compared to others. The tour exceeded expectations and Ronnie our driver was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the drive pointing out plants and crops and giving us additional information about Rwanda and Uganda. The communication from the tour was great. We were a little nervous because the website wasn’t flashy but everything was perfect. The gorillas was a pretty life changing experience, they walked right around and past us and everyone was in awe. The groups are very small too to not upset the gorillas. Highly highly recommend. 10/10 experience

Aussies in East Africa - July 2025 Fred from East African Jungle Safaris organised a bespoke holiday across three countries in four weeks for us.Our drivers, Benjamin (Uganda), Stephen (Kenya), and Juma (Tanzania), were amazing. Such a knowledgeable and professional team of guides. They were all able to answer questions about locations, significant features, animals, and more. All three guides were very attentive to all needs. Each of them had a great sense of humour, making each leg of the trip very enjoyable and comfortable.The accommodation was great with good food and only slightly hard beds.We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure across East Africa and would have no issues in recommending East African Jungle Safaris to anyone thinking about doing this trip.We were lucky enough to see 103 big cats during our adventure, including Lion, Cheeta, and Leopard. Gorillas and Chimpanzees in Uganda were amazing.Sunrise Balloon Flight in Kenya over Masai Marra was incredible. 52 big cats in one day in the Serengeti, Tanzania was such a surprise, including 8 Lion Cubs on their own that sat under our safari jeep. Would take the opportunity to thank Fred, Benjamin, Stephen and Juma for such a brilliant East African safari adventure.Going back as soon as we can.

Wonderful Uganda and Tanzania experience We went on the tour “8 Days Bwindi Gorilla Trek, Queen Elizabeth and Source of the Nile tour” with East African Jungle Safaris Ltd in July 2025. We had a great time! Our tour guide Eddie was excellent! He was knowledgeable, informative, and very thoughtful. We are all over 65, Eddie took care of us very well. Thank you very much Eddie!We booked this tour for 2024. We planned to go to Uganda from Victoria Falls. But unfortunately, we got the wrong information from the Internet about our visa. We couldn’t get on the airplane without a visa. We had to give up the Uganda trip and return home. I wrote to East African Jungle Safaris Ltd. The director and owner, Fred, managed to negotiate with the Uganda Wildlife Authority to extend our gorilla and chimpanzee permits for a year, allowing us to go in 2025 without incurring significant losses. Thank you, Fred, for everything!Encouraged by Fred’s help and honesty, we also asked him to arrange “9 days Tanzania safari plus Zanzibar beach holiday” for us. The total 17-day East Africa trip was wonderful. Although there were some communication issues with the local travel agents in Tanzania, the final results were excellent. We’ve seen a lot and had many enjoyable surprises. Thank you again, Fred and your team, especially Ruth, for all your help. I will certainly recommend your company to all who want to go to Uganda and Tanzania.

Amazing Rwanda and Uganda experience We actually took the four day gorilla tracking, golden monkey, and Akagera national Park tour. Our guide, Ronald was amazing went above and beyond what we would’ve expected!. Africa speaks for itself- an amazing country with phenomenal wildlife! We will absolutely recommend East Africa Safari tours to all of our friends and family!

Gorilla’s in the mist It was a great experience a bit of a trek there and return from Entebbe but once you get there it is worth every moment. Ronnie was a great guide and a safe driver.The mid range accommodation was nice and very unique.Would highly recommend these guys for a very special Gorilla experience.

Amazing experience in Uganda! My girlfriend and I decided to go with East African Jungle Safaris based on the glowing reviews and some online recommendations, and we were not disappointed. This was an extraordinary trip, with the gorillas and chimpanzee experiences as highlights. Fred, the owner was great, and very responsive. Our guide, Eddie, was professional, friendly, and very accommodating of all of our questions and requests. The lodges we stayed at were great and the itinerary overall was a good mix of doing a lot while also getting some time to relax at the end of long days. I would highly recommend going with East African Jungle Safaris!

100% recommended! I went for a 3-day Gorilla Hiking experience and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The whole process was very straightforward, Ruth was there the whole time to present me the quotes and answer my questions promptly. I was picked up on time in Kigali by Ronnie, the driver who helped a lot in answering all the questions I had along the way.They respected the quote 100%, so you really pay for what are being offered. Everything is so well organized, beginning with the crossing from Rwanda to Uganda, to the Batwa experience, to the Golden Monkey trekking and of course to the Gorilla trekking.
