Day 1: Arrival – Hotel

You will be picked from the airport and be transferred to your respective hotel in Kampala, where you will relax, have dinner, and an overnight at Forest Cottages while preparing yourself to set off for the safari early morning.

Day 2: Kibale National Park via Mbarara

Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, and the departure time is 7 a.m., heading to Mbarara town, going to Kibale national park for chimpanzee trekking. You will have lunch en-routes and you will reach late evening.

You will go for the nature walks at Bigodi swamp, where you will do birding. There you will spot some bird species, butterflies are abundant, and some women’s cultural group activities, which are also adventurous to attend it can take you 2/3 hours, and after getting back to your respective hotel for dinner and an overnight at Rweteera Safari Park /Kibale Forest camp

Day 3: chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest

After your breakfast early in the morning, you will have a small briefing with you guides for chimpanzee trekking, after get your packed lunch and enter into Kibale Gorge, chimps visitors climb through the tropical forest and catch a glimpse of a variety of primates, including chimpanzees and monkeys, other species like butterflies are also abundant, It can take you 6/7 hours trekking later return back to Kampala.
